FAzs Eli-te training for counselors 2026
january 9-11, 2026 Warsaw, poland
One of the central themes of the seminar was intercultural differences. Cultures were examined in terms of their various manifestations, and the question of how different cultures influence self-identification was also discussed. Another important topic that was raised was how intercultural differences can be overcome.
“I gained a new perspective on understanding intercultural and interethnic issues, and that the same things can be interpreted and perceived differently, and that things that are self-evident to one person may not be understood by another.”

“Studying intercultural differences helps us to better understand historical events. I have changed my opinion about self-identification. Previously, I did not consider cultural and national characteristics to be one of the factors that shape our personality to such an extent, and I did not think that our self-identification could change under the influence of different cultures.”
