The one-day seminar held in Tbilisi, Georgia provided a meaningful and engaging learning experience for aspiring leaders. Through interactive workshops, text-based discussions, and practical group activities, participants explored important topics such as ethical leadership, diversity, community building, and informal education methods. The program reflected the central values of the ELI-TE project, emphasizing inclusion, personal growth, youth empowerment, and creative, participant-centered approaches to learning.

“I really valued this seminar because it helped me to see how small actions can create real change, both in a group and in my community. For me, the sessions on activism and building a supportive environment were eye-opening, because I realized that being a leader is not just about giving instructions, but about listening, supporting, and inspiring others.”
