FAzs Eli-te training for counselors in georgia

may 23-26, 2025 tbilisi, greorgia

The four-day seminar in Tbilisi, Georgia offered an immersive and impactful learning experience for aspiring madrichim. Through interactive workshops, text-based learning, and hands-on group activities, participants explored key themes such as ethical leadership, Jewish identity, diversity, community building, and informal education methodologies. The program reflected the core values of the ELI-TE project, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, personal development, youth empowerment, and creative, learner-centered educational approaches.

“During the course, one of the most impactful moments for me was the session on harassment. It helped me understand that it's completely okay to set personal boundaries and to clearly communicate my comfort zone to the participants. Before this, I think I would have struggled with that, but now I feel much more confident about asserting myself. I also feel that I developed my leadership skills through the process.”
