The four-day seminar in Tbilisi, Georgia offered an immersive and impactful learning experience for aspiring madrichim. Through interactive workshops, text-based learning, and hands-on group activities, participants explored key themes such as ethical leadership, Jewish identity, diversity, community building, and informal education methodologies. The program reflected the core values of the ELI-TE project, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, personal development, youth empowerment, and creative, learner-centered educational approaches.
